I'd like to start off my saying welcome and I am happy that you have found Body and Soul. Weather you are looking to relax and unwind with a Swedish or Hot Stone massage, or Relieve some of those tension areas with a deep tissue massage, and cupping.  You’ve come to the right place. 

I am trained in a variety of modalities, to learn more click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

On site seated chair massage is available to local businesses that are looking to offer their employees the benefit of a wellness day. Please see the "Services & Rates" page to view the benefits of offering this service to your employees.
